Fourteen years ago, while I was on maternity leave from my project management work, a friend called and asked for help starting a business. My corporate experience was a perfect fit and we met for coffee to brainstorm. A few cups of coffee, and a scone I still remember later, and the rest is history. I helped another mutual friend and word spread. Soon it wasn't just friends...the referrals started calling. I loved helping my friends, meeting new women on the rise, and sharing my favorite startup, tech, and efficiency strategies. MentoringU was born.
